Proudly accredited by FIDE since 2014, we offer coaching, training programmes, and a supportive community where players can grow, compete in international chess events, and thrive.

At the UK Chess Academy, our mission is to make chess accessible, exciting, and enriching for everyone.
As the UK’s first-ever dedicated chess venue open seven days a week, we offer a unique space built entirely for the game. From weekly clubs and classes to tournaments and special events, we welcome children and adults alike to learn, compete, and connect through chess - every day of the week

Founded in 2011, the UK Chess Academy is a proudly family-run organisation, built on passion, dedication, and a deep love for chess. At the heart of UKCA is Mr Sainbayar Tserendorj - International Organiser (IO), International Arbiter (IA), and FIDE Senior Trainer (FST) - who personally leads and manages all chess events.
Supporting the
